Alexa's built-in calendar shows you what's coming up next. Month Minder shows you the whole month at a glance, so you can see busy weeks, free days, holidays, appointments and birthdays in one clear grid, just like the planner on your kitchen wall.
These terms apply to your use of the Month Minder Alexa skill, provided by Bloom Web Design (“we”, “us”). By enabling Month Minder you agree to these terms.
1. What Month Minder does
Month Minder displays events from a calendar you connect – a Google or Microsoft account, or shared calendar links such as iCloud Public Calendar links – on a compatible Alexa device with a screen. It has read-only access and cannot change your calendar.
2. Your account
You must only connect calendar accounts and calendar links that you are authorised to use. If you connect a work account, it’s your responsibility to make sure your employer allows it. You’re responsible for who can see your Alexa device’s screen, because it will display your calendar information.
3. Accuracy and availability
Month Minder shows what your calendar provider sends us, and we work to display it accurately. However, we can’t guarantee the service will always be available, error-free, or up to date. Always check your calendar provider directly for anything important. Month Minder depends on Amazon, Google and Microsoft, and changes they make may affect it.
4. Acceptable use
Don’t misuse Month Minder, for example by trying to access other people’s information, or by interfering with the service.
5. Liability
Month Minder is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from missed or incorrectly displayed events, or from the service being unavailable. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or your statutory rights as a consumer.
6. Month Minder Premium
Month Minder is free to enable. The free version shows the current month. Month Minder Premium is a yearly subscription that unlocks every month, the day view and birthdays.
New subscribers get a 7-day free trial. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your subscription starts automatically at the price shown when you sign up (currently £4.99 a year, including VAT) and renews each year until you cancel.
Purchases, billing, renewals, cancellations and refunds are handled by Amazon under Amazon’s terms. You can cancel at any time by saying “Alexa, tell Month Minder to cancel my subscription”, or in your Amazon account under Memberships & Subscriptions. Cancelling stops future renewals, and you keep Premium until the end of the period you’ve paid for.
7. Stopping use
You can stop using Month Minder at any time by disabling the skill in the Alexa app. We may change, suspend or withdraw Month Minder, and we’ll give reasonable notice where we can.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If we do, we’ll update this page and the date above. Continuing to use Month Minder after a change means you accept the updated terms.
9. Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
